Scalado Photobeamer Photo Sharing App for iOS

We are always on the look out for the easiest ways to do things, such as sharing digital photos. Scalado, maker of a handful of image-oriented apps, comes up with a photo-sharing application that accomplishes everything in a single push of a button.

The Scalado Photobeamer allows users to share any image from their iPhone’s Camera Roll to any web-connected device nearby without using extra hardware on the receiving end or navigating through some file-sharing platforms. The recipient device can be anything from a desktop computer to a smart TV, as long as it has a browser that displays the Photobeamer homepage.

That page features a single QR code that serves as a link between two devices. How, you ask? Simply load the Photobeamer app on the mobile phone, choose the image you intend to share, and then point the rear camera at the QR code and the image pops up on the receiving device.

The app does not require registration and configuration. It functions well on all connections, including 3G and WiFi, while its patented Scalado imaging technology assures the fastest possible photo sharing even over slow connections.

The Scalado Photobeamer is now available on iTuens for only 99 cents.
