Cargo-Bot iPad Game Review

Flinging birds with a giant slingshot has become boring in time and game developers have been battling to come up with the next big iPad game app and Cargo-Bot may just be it.

The premise behind this game seems effortless: players must program a crane to sort different crates, but with the help of loops and certain variables, coming up with the most efficient method reaps the best rewards.

Despite its simple rules and a not-so-novel premise, Cargo-Bot is unique in the sense that it was programmed entirely on the iPad using Codea, a touch-based programming language, making it the first of its kind.

A creation of Two Lives Left and Rui Viana, Cargo-Bot is available for free on the iTunes App Store.
