With tablets now being built here and there, it can be hard to choose sometimes. There are tablets that are built for adults and there are tablets that are built specifically for kids. And there’s the new Kurio Android Tablet that’s build for both.

The new Kurio Android Tablet from Inspiration Works is designed not just for adults but is also kid-friendly. This tablet comes with a protective casing that keeps it safe from the unpredictable hands of kids when they are using it. The casing is removable when it comes time for an adult to use it.

Features-wise, the new Kurio runs on the Android Ice Cream Sandwich OS, 4GB internal storage and an additional SD card slot to add in another 32GB if required. Other features include an HDMI slot, WiFi connectivity, a front and rear camera and a touchscreen display. The new Kurio is set to be available in July. It will come in 7-inch, 8-inch and 9-inch models and is expected to cost US$233, US$280, US$311, respectively.
