Musicians nowadays are getting very innovative with the use of iPhones and iPads in creating their tunes or getting very lazy in prefering iPhones and iPads over traditional instruments in recording their songs. Either way, there is a market for it, which is why IK Multimedia has unveiled three new music-related peripherals that work with Apple’s mobile devices.

The iRig MIC Cast is a unidirectional microphone that can be hooked up on your iOS device through its headphone jack. It has a compact form fact that goes well with iPhone’s slim profile and comes with recording and voice processing apps that come in handy for podcasters or aspiring recording artists with not enough money for a recording studio. This peripheral will hit retail this quarter for 29.99 euros (about US$38).

Next on the list is the iRig Stomp, an aluminum electric guitar pedal that connects to any iOS guitar, amp, or instrument app via the iDevice’s 3.5mm headphone jack. the iRig Stomp comes with free AmpliTude app for adding effects. It is expected to become available on second quarter of 2012 for 44.99 euros (about $58).

Lastly, there is the dual-channel iRig MIX mobile music mixer, which can also be connected to CD players or other media devices aside from your iDevice. It has gain, bass, treble, and volume controls along with a channel crossfader to edit your tunes via DJ Rig, AmpliTube, VocaLive, and GrooveMaker apps. This device drops this February for 74.99 euros (about $96).
