You may have already seen viral videos about elderly couples having a difficult time with modern-day gadgets, but that does not stop some companies to offer devices specifically for senior citizens. The Memo Touch tablet is developed with the elderly in mind. It is a tweaked Archos 101 that is redesigned as a reminder tool for those to struggle with short-term memory loss, as well as provide alarms when it is time to take medication, visit the doctor, and other senior-related activities.

Other family members may also add calendar events, phone numbers, and to-do lists for their beloved elder relative. The tablet can also be used to share photos and personalized messages using the product’s companion website.

The Memo Touch is now available for $299 and requires a six-month or 12-month subscription costing $174 and $300 respectively. It even comes with a three-month return policy, where you can either receive a refund or have the tablet restored to its original Android make-up.
