Swann Freestyle HD Wearable Video Camera

Like to film your next surf wipeout in HD? Swann can help you out with its just-released Freestyle HD wearable video camera, the company’s first to feature a detachable 1.5-inch LCD viewer. It can capture video at up to 30 frames per second.

The device can also snap photos up to eight megapixels in JPEG format. It also has 3x digital zoom, a battery life of up to 2.5 hours, and waterproofing powers of up to 65 feet. The Swann Freestyle HD can be mounted on a helmet, attached to any fixed gear such as bicycles and snowboards, or placed on the roof of your rally car with the help of three included mounting brackets. The camera can be connected directly to any HDTV for larger-screen viewing on to a PC via microSD or USB transfer.

The Swann’s Freestyle HD is available in select physical and online retailers with a suggested retail price of $280.
