Cowon iAudio 10 Features Color Therapy UI

Posted on September 12, 2011

Cowon has unveiled its latest media player, the iAudio 10. It features a 3-inch TFT display with 240 x 400 resolution, mic in, TV out, FM radio, support for multiple file formats, a document viewer, and storage capacities ranging from 4GB to 32GB. While the specs are already impressive enough, being a successor to Cowon’s i9, the iAudio 10 has one feature that has got many people very curious: its Color Therapy UI.

The media player’s user interface can be customized in a number of background and text colors. Supporters of color therapy, also known as chromotherapy, claim that exposure to a particular color can “balance the energy” of wherever a person’s body be lacking, whether it is physical, emotional, spiritual, or mental. You do not have to believe in this type of alternative therapy to purchase the Cowon i10, but it sure makes a good way of tweaking the main interface according to your liking.

Other features in the Cowon iAudio 10 includes BBE sound enhancements, support for several audio codecs, voice recorder, and a T-DMB viewer for the Korean version.
