Looks like you only need to count the days until you get your very own 3D smartphone.

AT&T has officially announced how its LG Thrill 4G going to be priced. The glasses-free 3D smartphone comes at a “healthy” $99 over at the carrier’s retail outlets when it becomes available “in the coming weeks.” The release comes at the heels of Radio Shack’s supposed August 7 launch date of the same phone, which the store would sell for $80 with a two-year contract.

The LG Thrill 4G features a dual-core 1GHz processor, a 5-megapixel camera that can shoot both still and moving images in 3D and HD, and a 4.3-inch WVGA super LCD.
