Number Pad Attachment for Apple Wireless Keyboard

Posted on December 1, 2010
Category:

The wireless keyboard from Apple is a favorite among Home Theater PC users. One distinct feature of this device is the absence of a number pad, which some think is a waste of space. Others, however, especially accountants and math geeks, believe that the number pad is a god-sent despite the rarity of its usage.

For those who want their Apple wireless keyboard to have a number keypad, a company named LMP introduces a number keypad that can be attached to the device with the use of a some-sort-of collar. It is connected via Bluetooth and powered by two AA batteries.

The attachment is currently being submitted to the FCC for approval, hence no word yet about the release date and pricing. At least Apple-loving accountants have something to save up for the coming year.
