The Apple iPad may seem to only become quite useful depending on the apps that it may be able to run. And with the Quickoffice now coming to the iPad tablet, office work may now be done using this new popular device from Apple.

Mobile productivity company Quickoffice has just released an iPad app it calls Quickoffice Connect Mobile Suite for iPad. It allows iPad users to view, create, and edit documents compatible with the Microsoft Office suite. Currently the said app works with Word and Excel files as well as support the newer .docx and .xlsx formats. The app for now can only access and view PowerPoint files. Edit and create features for PowerPoint files will be given as a free update sometime this year. The Quickoffice Connect Mobile Suite for iPad is available for download at the Apple App Store for US$9.99.
