PC manufacturer iBuyPower now offers the Intel Core i7-980X Extreme Edition processor chip on four of its Paladin gaming desktops .  However, if you think just replacing the processor still seems too slow for you, the manufacturer also offers upgraded Core i7 rigs with the latest ATI and NVIDIA graphics cards, as well as at least 12GB of DDR3 RAM, 1TB of hard disk space, Blu-ray drives, Windows 7 Ultimate, and optional SSD boot drives.  This upgrade promises a 30-percent boost in performance compared to the standard i7-980X Extreme Edition CPU.

The new Paladin rigs start at US$2159 and can be configured to your needs.
