The Panasonic HDC-TM300 full-HD camcorder is a "semi-professional" device that shoots full 1080p video and still images up to 10.6MP, or 8.3MP while recording video simultaneously. It has the 3MOS image system, with the 3 full-HD sensors totaling 9.15MP resolution (the highest total pixel count in the world). It has 32GB flash memory and an SDHC support for up to 32GB.

The HDC-TM300 features 2.7-inch LCD display, a Leica lens, 12x optical zoom, and 30x digital zoom. The manual ring allows you to craft expressive images with more freedom. It gives you fingertip control over the zoom, aperture, focus, white balance, and shutter speed settings. What’s more, the camcorder’s Auto Focus Tracking feature lets you touch the subject on the LCD screen to keep the subjects in focus.

You’ll enjoy the HDC-TM300’s highlight playback function as it allows you to view your favorite recorded scenes all together as quickly and as easy as possible. The editing software introduces a new function: uploading your video clips to YouTube. Measuring 70mm × 72mm × 141 mm and weighing 445g, this compact HD camcorder supports a 5.1-channel audio recording system with 5 microphones. It currently sells at $1,299.95.
