Digital cameras are pushing through the edge of innovation. Technology never ceases to make these gadgets reach a point of evolution. The same goes for the Panasonic LUMIX DMC-FZ28 digital camera.

With a 27-millimeter Leica lens, it has an 18x optical zoom which makes it the ideal camera wherever you are. Having an enhanced an Intelligent Auto Mode, it improves the Auto Focus function and makes it even better in getting sharp pictures of objects, moving or not, in different angles. The presence of the Auto Focus Tracking function makes split-second shots a possibility as well as enhancing its Face Detection capability.

It’s Intelligent Auto Mode features also come along with the following innovations: Intelligent Exposure, which helps in automatically adjusting the light before taking a shot and Digital Red Eye Correction, which eliminates red-eye problems when taking shots at night.

It also has a user-friendly functionality such as the MEGA O.I.S., which with its gyrosensors prevents shaking hands from causing images to blur, an Intelligent ISO, helps create a non-blurry photo even with the object moving.

Other great features include the Intelligent Scene Selector, which automatically selects the right scene for the present environment, and Face Detection, which detects up to 15 faces. Combine it with its other functionalities and you get the desired shots you want.

With a Venus Engine IV, the Panasonic LUMIX DMC-FZ28 10.1 megapixel digital camera has Image Leveling, in which it fixes the angle of the image, Scene Modes, a Flash with a range of 8.5 meters, even a SILKYPIX Developer Studio3.0.

Appearing in August 2008 in markets, the Panasonic LUMIX DMC-FZ28 will come in titanium and black, and will cost $449.99.
