Bang & Olufsen BeoCenter

No, this isn’t a flying saucer despite the fact that it resembles one, but an entertainment center. You heard that right, Bang & Olufsen BeoCenter 2 is perfect to fill in the music not just for your living room but for the whole house. It is an integrated and versatile audio and video system offering easy access to CD audio, AM/FM Radio and DVD video. Extra options such as DAB radio and Internet radio playback can be added, via connectors for a PC or a Mac.

Its presentation is a product of pure aesthetics. It features the following specification: FM/AM radio with 99 radio presets, DVD-Video, Video-CD, Audio CD, CD-R, CD-RW, CD-MP#, CD-WMA, DivX, JPEG playback support. It also supports NTSC and PAL formats. For the perfect picture and sound experience, combine it with Bang & Olufsen television and any BeoLab loudspeaker.

It is comprised of two units: a control panel and a separate socket unit. The two units are linked together by a single cable. The control unit will be cleared off all cables and cords while the socket unit is used to connect to all the speakers and related components. This socket unit in the form of a black box can be hidden under a piece of furniture or behind a curtain, to hide the mess produced by the intertwining cables.

BeoCenter 2 can be mounted and displayed in the wall, can be attached to a floor ot table stand or simply placed on a shelf. The whole product has a unique soft-touch control pad which is made from polished aluminum and it could be able to detect human touch. It would easily respond with just a glide of a finger. No buttons needed.

This magnificent work of innovation is priced at $4100.00.
